Insurance and Fee Information

How does insurance and payment work?

Insurance

I do not bill insurance.

If you have insurance, I can provide you with a receipt (called “a superbill”) for you to seek reimbursement for “out of network” services.  The best way to understand this process is to contact the phone number on your insurance card to learn what steps they need you to take to do this.

Payment

Fees are due at the time of service.  I use a third party collection service which is HIPAA compliant and works with debit, credit, HSA, and FSA accounts.

Fees

  • Counseling* - $150 for 50 minutes

  • Consultation* - $175 for 1 hour, $200 for 90 minutes

  • Supervision - please call me to discuss fees

  • Training and Facilitation - please contact me to discuss fees

Should you need to cancel, please allow at least 24 hours to avoid any fees

*Fees will be adjusted for home visits or when including additional participants into your sessions. In some circumstances, reduced fee slots may be available. I welcome your questions about my fees.

What you should know about the No Surprises Act.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, upon request I can provide you with a good faith estimate of expected charges and am happy to answer any questions you have about fees.
